Carrying out a situational analysis (independent “Maintenance Health Check”) on the facilities management and maintenance operation of companies to identify where costs can be saved and efficiency improved.

Development and implementation of Operational Readiness Programs

Preparing Operational Readiness Programs as a vehicle for the seamless transfer of a facility from construction into full operation in a structured manner to an agreed program. It includes the preparation of policies and procedures and standard documentation for all plant, equipment and systems to address the following:

• Testing and commissioning,

• Policies and procedures (the “rules” of handover),

• Operation and maintenance manuals.

Development and implementation of facilities management (FM) operational strategy

Identifying operational demands of new construction projects and existing facilities. We work closely with the client to prepare high level and detailed facilities management operational strategies. Depending on circumstances and needs of the client, implementation plans may also be prepared and facilitated.

Facilities management (FM) Design Review

Reviewing design documents at the concept design, scheme design and detail design stages to identify areas that may interfere with cost effective maintenance of the facility being designed. Working with the design team we help ensure that the design of new facilities will be compatible with efficient maintenance practices.
